Friendly and helpful staff around the clock. The location is really convenient and there are plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. 🌟

climbing 4 flights of stairs after hiking all day was not fun

Location of the Hotel is very convenient . It is in the heart of Bastogne next to restaurants, shops, monuments, museums. Breakfast was good.

Could have used some help with the luggage up the stairs.. We were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had a lovely view. The hotel's location is magnificent and amazing, being near all the bars, restaurants, the main market square, and the center of town. Additionally, it is conveniently close to everything within walking distance.

Small and friendly hotel, no lift, owners have excellent restaurant "le wagon" 2 doors away.

The service here was great and I was completely satisfied, plus we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts at very reasonable prices and the hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the major museums.

Wonderfull large room with excellent beds. Breakfast buffet quite allright. Parking adequate at no charge. Quite good but somewhat expensive restaurant associated with the hotel.

Said restaurant should have menus in other languages than french.
